In 1925, young Henry Kepler,
a bank teller, decided to go into business for himself. His aquaintance
with several coffee brokers who imported only the finest high-grown coffees
from Columbia, Mexico, Guatemalla and other countries around the world
led the young teller to embark upon the coffee business. With the support
of Kepler's family and friends, he began a successful venture with has
remained consistently popular for the past 75 years.
Henry's daughter, Carolyn,
assumed management of the family calling in 1976 upon the retirement of
her father.
Now Henry's grandson Bob, raised
in the business, is continuing the Kepler tradition of the unique, old-fashioned
process of blending and roasting coffee to precise shades. This process
extracts only the most distinctive and desirable aromas which results
in a gratifying taste found only in Try Me Coffees.
